Following the New Years Day 3-0 defeat to Leeds United, even Rotherham United’s most positive fan has finally given up hope.

Dave Binns, 45, from Rawmarsh   was still optimistic prior to Monday’s game, but has now admitted that all hope is lost. “It’s just too big a job now ” he told us “although it’s still mathematically possible, I think the automatic promotion places are out of reach and we’re going to have to settle for the play off’s.”
