Shock New Historical Sex Allegation Rocks Blue Peter

More childhood memories were left in tatters last night after historic sex allegations hit perennial children’s TV favourite Blue Peter.
A Rotherham woman, who has asked not to be named, has come forward to say that she was the victim of an assault when she was a guest on the show in the mid 1970’s.
“I’d been invited on to Blue Peter because I’d collected 14 tons of milk bottle tops” said Karen Cox, 69 from Kimberworth, “I’ve still no idea what they did with the buggers. Anyway, I was about to go on, when I felt something touching my leg. I tried to ignore it at first, but the touch became something more. I looked down and there was Shep . He was hung on like a good ‘un, with the pink lipstick out and everything. I tried to shake him off but there was no chance. He was going at it like a Singer sewing machine at full whack.”
Karen says it was only when John Noakes came in and prised the over-excited sheepdog off with a tyre lever that her ordeal ended. “I know a lot of people are going to have their illusions shattered by this” Karen told us, “but I thought it was the right time for this to come out now that Noaksey is no longer with us.”
A spokesperson for the BBC confirmed that they had received a number of complaints about Shep’s behaviour in the 1970’s, including a particularly disturbing one from Blue Peter Tortoise Freda, and have launched a full investigation.
