Disney Model Makers Ridiculed As New Trump Robot Shows Vague Signs Of Humanity

Model makers at the Disney resort in Florida faced criticism and ridicule last night after the new robot of President Trump in The Hall of Presidents failed to live up to expectations.
Many U.S commentators pointed to the fact that the robot looks more like beaten Democratic rival Hillary Clinton or actor John Voight than President Trump, and appears to be considerably slimmer than the portly POTUS, but people we spoke to in Rotherham town centre had different issues with the model.
“It’s not right“ said Doris Pickersgill, 84, when we caught up with her buying some discounted sprouts in the market. ”The robot shows vague signs of humanity. It’s almost as though there’s someone in there with some gravitas and integrity who gives a rat’s arse for his fellow man.” Market trader Frank Postlethwaite agreed, “You look at the robot and could easily imagine someone with ambitions beyond the elevation of his own status and self-aggrandisement, ” he said “I think it’s the hint of life behind the glass eye that does it, rather than the deadness of a soul devoid of any compassion, empathy or positive human characteristics they needed to capture. It’s just wrong.”
The Bugle approached the other robot models in the Hall of Presidents for comment, but one year on, they were all too stunned by the election result to speak. A spokesperson for President Trump’s robot tweeted “Sad.”
