I Was Just Trying To Say ‘Exactly’ And It All Went Wrong, Says Carragher

Former Liverpool player and current Sky TV pundit, Jamie Carragher, has apologised after a video appeared online showing him spitting on a 14 year old girl from his car. The incident followed his team’s 2-1 defeat to arch rivals Manchester United.
Carragher says that he was travelling alongside a car being driven by the 14 year old’s father who was teasing the former England International about the score. “He was yelling 2-1 at me” said Carragher. “And I said…’Yeah, exactly.’ It was then that it all went pear-shaped. I blame my scouse accent and can only apologise.”
As the Bugle went to press, the future of the star looks uncertain, but if the video is anything to go by, there may be a future for him getting the heavy off at a Toxteth car wash.
