Aussie Captain Accused Of Fake Tears After Appearing To Tamper With The Eyeball

The Australian Cricketer who appeared to cry at a press conference last night, has been accused of faking the tears after video footage showed him tampering with the eyeball.
Former Australia captain Steve Smith appeared to break down in tears as he apologised for his part in the cheating scandal that has rocked cricket. Smith and batsmen David Warner and Cameron Bancroft have been banned by Cricket Australia the incident in the third Test against South Africa.
There was sympathy for Smith, who seemed to show genuine contrition, until video footage after the press conference showed Smith clearly tampering with his eyeball with what suspiciously looked like a piece of sandpaper.
A spokesperson for the Australian team denied any further wrongdoing. “It’s what we use as a tissue in Oz” he said “We’re real men down here, you know.”
