Quarantined cruise couple who want to be treated by English-speaking doctors to be airlifted to 1956

A British couple, who are currently under quarantine on the cruise ship Diamond Princess in Japan, are expected to be airlifted to 1956 later today afer expressing a desire to be treated by English speaking medical staff.
David Abel, a self-confessed staunch Tory, says that he and wife Sally wants to be treated by doctors who speak their language, rather than the foreign ones he’s currently having to deal with.
A spokesperson for the Foreign Office told The Bugle “Obviously the government sympathise with David’s predicament – having to deal with people who don’t speak the Queens English who have funny foreign ways and that. We’ve looked into where he and his wife can be moved to and the best we can do at the moment is 1956 somewhere in Hertfordshire.”
As The Bugle went to press, David and Sally were reported to be boarding a Vickers Viscount twin-propellor passenger aircraft en-route to Biggin Hill in Kent.
