Chaka Khan backtracks and insists she’s definitely not Katie Hopkins

Chaka Khan was thrust back into the spotlight this week after reneging on her previous claims, and denying that she is, in any way, Katie Hopkins. Fans of popular music will be well-aware that back in the early 1990’s Khan made a big fuss about being ‘Every Woman’, but now says she’s changed her mind.
“Chaka categorically denies being the racist, inflammatory bigot that is Katie Hopkins.” A spokesperson told The Bugle. “She now regrets claiming to be every woman, and is looking at the possibility of updating the song to expressly exclude sour-face harridans.”
As The Bugle went to press, doubts were also being cast on whether she was ever Margaret Thatcher either.
