Sky Staff Prepare For Rumoured Return Of Jamie Carragher

Sky television staff were preparing for the return of football pundit and arch Grollymeister, Jamie Carragher this morning, after it was rumoured that anger management sessions have paved the way for a lifting of his suspension. The former Liverpool and England defender was suspended from his role back in March, after being filmed spitting into the car of a Manchester United supporter.
“We’re not taking any chances, ” said one Sky employee who asked not to be named. “You’re in danger of a drenching when he’s just trying to talk to you with that accent, so what might happen if he turns nasty again is anybody’s guess.”
A spokesperson from Sky TV denied there had been any over-reaction. “The precautions are in line with Health & Safety recommendations” he told The Bugle. “The Wellingtons are optional.”
