Man who thought he was missing loved ones, actually missing pubs

A man who thought he was missing friends and family was actually missing pubs it has been revealed.
Raymond Clunge from Barnsley says he thought he was finding lockdown hard because of the separation from friends and loved ones right up until the point that the Prime Minister announced that he could meet up with them again.
“I thought I must be missing them but I’d have been a lot happier if he’d said they were reopening my local.” said Raymond as he tried to cobble together a list of 6 people he even wanted in his garden. “Truth be told I don’t like people much and it’s been nice not to bother with ‘em.”
As the Bugle went to press Raymond was putting together a petition calling for either an extension of the lockdown or the re-opening of The Kings Head.
